WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship! Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (orders begin processing the next business day). Then our shipping carrier takes it from there.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

BRITNEY will gladly accept items submitted for return and submit your reimbursement as store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your return less initial and return shipping expenses in USD and will not expire. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date your order was delivered to you and will require your order number to process. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
Not to worry! Be sure to subscribe on the product page to be the notified when it has been restocked!.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE IN USD?
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to insure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@shopbritney.com and we will do our best to resolve this ASAP!

RECEIVED SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T ORDER?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopbritney.com and we’ll be sure to get you the items you ordered!

BRITNEY will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your
return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not
include additional items not listed.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S customers.

purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card. 

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

BRITNEY works quickly to process and ship
orders, so once you have placed your order, we are usually unable to
make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct
before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you
order. Should you have any issues, please email us at info@shopbritney.com
within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your
changes, but we cannot guarantee requested changes can be made.
